Meet the Founder

Built from real experience.

Jack Cosgrove is a sophomore at Clemson University studying Data Science who is deeply passionate about helping students gain a stronger understanding of internships, resume building, networking, and professional platforms.

Having once felt uncertain and overwhelmed — believing that simply applying would be enough — he quickly realized that professional growth requires awareness, preparation, and intentional strategy.

Early on, he had little understanding of how resumes are evaluated, how meaningful networking relationships are built, or how platforms like LinkedIn influence professional perception. As he began learning more, everything started to shift.

Studying Data Science reinforced his belief that success is rarely accidental. Behind meaningful opportunities are patterns, systems, and thoughtful steps that can be learned and understood.

That perspective inspired him to create NextStep Network — where he focuses on educating and guiding students so they can approach their professional development with clarity, structure, and confidence.
